In this video, we look at why gratitude practices have become so popular and how gratitude can increase teacher wellbeing.
Being grateful is not new.
Who was told by a parent to ‘just be grateful for what you get?’ I don’t think that gives you the same feeling somehow!
But with teacher stress on the rise and the challenging times we find ourselves it is important that you have a toolkit of strategies that support your wellbeing as a teacher and as a person so that you can continue to support and nurture your students.
Thank you for all your work with young people!
