Why Having a Mentor Is Good For Your Wellbeing

How And Why You Need A Mentor As A Teacher

In this video, we look at how having a mentor can boost your performance and enhance your (teacher) wellbeing by having that person you talk to, share ideas with and set goals and work towards achieving them.

A mentor is someone who genuinely cares about helping others achieve their potential and is willing to invest the time and energy it takes.

They are also a person who is skilled in their practice, self-reflective and willing to share their failures as well as their successes.

Having a mentor will take you to “new heights in teaching!”
